What We Expect From Every Student
These rules help maintain batch quality and create a professional learning environment.

- Treat the academy like your first IT company.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Use the 9 AM–6 PM practice facility for coding practice, assignments, projects and interview preparation.
- Write code every day, even outside classroom hours.
- Complete all assignments, projects and assessments on time.
- Ask questions whenever concepts are unclear.
- Maintain a dedicated notebook for technical concepts and interview preparation.
- Follow coding standards and best practices taught during training.
- Participate actively in mock interviews and communication sessions.
- Build projects yourself instead of copying from others.
- Respect trainers, staff and fellow students.
❌ Don'ts
- Do not join the program if you are looking for shortcuts to get a job.
- Do not expect placement assistance without completing assignments, projects and practice work.
- Do not depend only on classroom teaching; daily self-practice is mandatory.
- Do not copy code, projects, assignments or interview answers from others.
- Do not use mobile phones during lectures or coding sessions unless permitted.
- Do not miss classes repeatedly without valid reason.
- Do not wait until the end of the course to start interview preparation.
- Do not spread negativity, rumors or misinformation among students.
- Do not misuse academy resources, systems or learning materials.
- Do not expect the academy to create your career without your effort and commitment.
Placement Assistance Eligibility
We provide honest placement assistance. We do not give fake job guarantees.
Eligible students should:
- Successfully complete the training program.
- Complete assignments, coding tasks and real-time projects.
- Maintain regular attendance and discipline.
- Participate in mock interviews and soft-skill sessions.
- Demonstrate required technical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Follow academy guidelines and trainer instructions.
Placement assistance may be withdrawn for:
- Repeated absence without proper communication.
- Failure to complete assignments or projects.
- Skipping mock interviews or preparation activities.
- Indiscipline, disrespectful behavior or misuse of academy resources.
- Not showing sincere effort toward coding practice and interview readiness.
9 AM–6 PM Practice Facility Policy
The practice facility is one of the strongest advantages of Biradar Java Academy and must be used responsibly.
Use It for Learning
Students should use the facility for coding practice, assignments, projects, revision and interview preparation.
Maintain Discipline
Students must avoid disturbing others and must follow all academy instructions while using the facility.
No Non-Academic Use
The facility should not be used for entertainment, unrelated browsing, personal work or non-academic activities.
Discipline and Eligibility Protection
Students may lose placement assistance eligibility if they repeatedly miss classes, fail to submit assignments, remain absent from mock interviews, show indiscipline or continuously ignore trainer instructions.
